Narellan Shopping Town
Construction Value: $150 million
Upon completion, the Narellan Shopping Town will have doubled in size; retail space increasing from 36,000sqm to 72,000sqm. The project also involves improved surrounding road network with shared pedestrian and bicycle paths around the Centre and additional new vehicular access points from Northern Rd, Old Northern Rd and Camden Valley Way.
Various sawing and drilling works were undertaken by Align-a-Cut for carpark modifications. Some work was undertaken out of hours to allow the shopping centre to function.
