Concrete Hand Sawing
Hand sawing is the use of hand held machines for sawing concrete and brickwork. These saws are extremely versatile and can be used in areas where access is limited. Typically, these machines have a diamond cutting blade driven by a two stroke petrol engine. They have a cutting depth of 150mm – allowing cuts to be performed through many general construction materials including concrete, brickwork, bitumen, aerated concrete and all types of stone. Hydraulic hand sawing is also available and can be utilised in confined areas where fumes are a problem.
