Align-A-Cut provides honest and reliable service and is proud of the performance of its friendly, fully-trained operators. We strive to listen carefully to our customers’ needs and provide quality solutions, which we’ve been achieving since 1995 in the Greater Sydney and Central West Regions.

Our trucks are able to work independently on site with their own power and water supply. We have a diverse range of equipment which enables us to service all concrete sawing and coring needs.

AUXILIARY SERVICES

Over and above general cutting and drilling, we offer experienced consultation and auxiliary concrete removal services. Some examples of such projects we have undertaken include the removal of a lift shaft in a fully functioning shopping mall, the removal of a 100 year old concrete roof from a Heritage Listed Building, stair openings in occupied dwellings, and the removal of a concrete lid from a 2.5 mega litre tank.

OUR SAFETY

We have a full Work Health and Safety Management System in place. This ensures that all Work Health and Safety requirements including documentation are met.

Under this program, we regularly complete self-assessment audits, ensuring that all obligations are completely fulfilled.

Our operators are fully trained in the use of all equipment. They carry SWMS and insurance certificates at all times. All equipment is carefully serviced and maintained (including regular testing and tagging of all electrical equipment), which minimises breakdowns and hazards.

I have been using Align-A-Cut for 3 years on the M4 & M7 Smart Projects. They (Align-A-Cut) have provided excellent service and you can’t pick a fault with the crew. They always use the right safety measures for each project and task. Sometimes we give the Align-A-Cut boys short notice, but all credit to the boys – they make it happen and their communication with Fulton Hogan is excellent. They come well organised and smash out the task that’s required and before they pack their tools up they will double check with the supervisor or engineer.
